This is an eight part class that explores the nature of your energy body. Each class is one hour long . It is based on Ambika’s new book HEALING THE LIGHT BODY, AWAKENING THE CHAKRAS.
We begin with learning the presence and power of The Light Body ; what it is, how it functions and how we can experience it. Then we follow with a session on each one of the seven main chakras .
We exmaine the soul psychology of each chakra ; its spiritual, mental and emotional aspects in terms of spiritual gifts, talents, work ability , finances, relationships and personal responsibility. We look at the natural development of each chakra.
We discuss its organ and hormone affinity and how they affect our health and well being. We discuss the homeopathic gem remedies, color , sound, holy water and archangel elixirs for each chakra.

The Sacral Chakra: This chakra is all about the good and expanding our capacity to receive blessings. The Sacral Chakra rules our physical health and is the seat of immunity. It controls our hormones for health, well being, strength, resiliancy and sexuality. In addition , the Sacral Chakra rules over abundance, and our relationship to prosperity, wealth and having enough of what we need to be contented and happy. It rules over our relationship to pleasure and ease, as well as our ability to love unconditionally. That means learning to be grateful for our lives and forgive what has hurt us.
We heal this chakra by developing boundaries that protect our vital energy, our assests, our homes, our families, our loved ones and ourselves. Knowing that we are worthy begins to develop in this chakra. The Solar Plexus Chakra: This Chakra gives us the opportunity to develop self worth, self esteem, and confidence.This is linked to our ability to know we are a child of God and worthy of what we say we want. His riches are ours. We are made in His image.
If we doubt ourselves, revel in self hatred and negativity , thinking we are not good enough , we can not create a wholesome life in which our hopes and dreams come true and we manifest the life we want. Negativity is an energy field where we are stuck in a belief system that we are not good enough, not loveable or able to achieve our goals, hopes and desires. It is ONLY a belief. The problem is we get very attached to our beliefs.
We heal this chakra by developing a NEW belief system that acknowledges our self worth, our ability to love and accept ourselves just as we are. This chakra is the foundation for personal power. It teaches us to stand tall, open to the heart of God , which is the divine presence that lives within us. This gives us the courage to ask for what we want and need , without shame , without guilt.
Our inner work is about releasing the impediments placed on our spirit by family, school, church , and institutions that tell us we are not enough,nor worthy of recieving what we want.
Once we start approving of ourselves , loving who we are, how we are and what we are the world around us begins to shift and swing to a new tune of self love. The Heart Chakra:
The heart is at the very center of our being. It envelopes and embraces our soul , our spirit and all the love we are able to hold within our being. At core we are love; pure love , pure being, innocent and good.
The soul sings its own love song , opening the heart to receive love, blessings and goodness. The heart connects us to the divine and holds the space for us to develop peace, love and joy as active qualities in our lives. This is what we need in order to grow and heal .
Love heals all and when we surrender to this truth our lives change deeply and irrevocably. We are transformed beyond measure. It takes courage and commitment to live our daily life from the heart but if we do then every cell in our body is programed to resonate to love.

The Throat Chakra:
This is the chakra of Truth. It embraces both our personal truth and the higher truth of God. This is where self expression, creative output and clear communication connect us to our spirit’s desire to express itself.
In working with strengthening the Throat Chakra we learn the power of our own voice; the ability to say NO, or YES . The Brow Chakra:
The Brow Chakra is known as the Control Center. It holds the power of the mind, enbraces visionary thinking , and acts as a channel for the Higher Mind to influence our thoughts and dreams.
When we use rational and clear thinking we are working out of the left hemisphere of the brain. When we are intutive , psychic and imaginative we are using the right hemisphere of the brain.
