The Throat Chakra is the beginning of the path to higher consciousness. Within it lies the ability to heal old wounds of separation by mending the “ crack in the vessel “ of the energetic body. By allowing yourself to say the words that need to be expressed for sorrow, loss, fear, anger, rage and shock you tap into a higher level of creative expression. You begin the process of establishing definitve boundaries where your ability to say NO is heard, understood and respected. 
This is the inner work of healing the Throat Chakra , the most visible , vulnerable energy center in the Human Energy System. This is where the wounds of separation reveal themselves. Healers often refer to this as the “ crack in the egg” because it is here we store away secrets, swallow shame and guilt, and bury the ability to be our true selves.
The price for this is high. When we tuck our feelings away we give up precious creative energy, we damage the function of our Thyroid glad and suppress our true nature.
Healing this chakra helps us live a more authentic life; rich in creativity, replete with a powerful barometer for knowing, feeling and expressing truth, both your truth and the higher truth of the divine.
This class begins with vocal and breathing exercises that release constrictions in the throat. These exercises relax tension lodged in the throat, mouth , ears and neck. The Throat Chakra becomes the bridge that allows our feelings to flow and the intelligence of the heart to revealed itself and find expression.
