Hello, welcome to Ambika Wauters / LIFE ENERGY. I offer Angelic Art, healing books, pre-recorded classes, homeopathic color and sound remedies, and other spiritual elixirs and essences.
My work combines my talents and spiritual gifts, all dedicated to transformative healing. What I offer is to help connect us with our true being —the home of the Divine within us.
My many years of experience have taught me that healing depends on forming inner connections that enable us to let go of our need to cling to victimization and negativity.
When we face and bless our fears, we can let go into trust, faith, and hope. In this way, we develop wholesome, positive intentions and responsible behavior. When we release what holds us down, we expand our capacity to receive blessings and love.
ANGELIC ART: My angel art is inspired by Spirit. It is neither planned nor intentional. I wet the paper, apply acrylic paint, and let it dry. What emerges are angels! I have placed several of these paintings on the website. A new book called ANGELS HEAL US is now available for purchase that includes these paintings. The book contains content, meditations, prayers, and affirmations for each painting. In winter 2026, angelic essences will be available for each painting.
BOOKS: My many books are about healing, the realm of angels, homeopathy, and the chakras. There are four new books available now:HOMEOPATHIC COLOR AND SOUND REMEDIES, 4TH EDITION; ANGELS HEAL US, a book of angel art, meditations, affirmations, and prayers; and HEALING THE LIGHT BODY, IGNITING THE CHAKRAS and THE LIFEENERGY MEDICINE BIBLE, a book that offers homeopathic remedies, nosodes, cell salts , color and sound remedies and flower essences for each of the chakras. They can be purchased from Amazon.
PRE-RECORDED CLASSES: There are many pre-recorded classes that cover the homeopathic color and sound remedies, the chakras and other esoteric topics you may find interesting. They are now available. Coming in April is a five part pre recorded class on HEALING THE ROOT CHAKRA. It is comprehensive, full of rich material to assist you in expanding your capacity to receive the good. There are meditations, questions that explore the qualities and aspects of the Root chakra.

About Ambika
Ambika developed as a healer over many years of travel, training, and dedicated clinical practice. She originally trained as an artist at the Royal College of Art, London, UK, and found the transition into the healing arts natural. She trained as a bioenergetic psychotherapist with European and American therapists at The Finca La Follenca Growth Centre in southern Spain. She studied dance with Gabrielle Roth and Shintaido Martial Arts with Harioshi Ito in San Francisco.
Ambika developed a deep love for classical homeopathy and immigrated to the UK to study there . Ambika completed her homeopathic studies at The School of Homeopathic Medicine in North Yorkshire, UK, and joined the Society of Homeopaths in the UK in 1996 and the US in 2005.
In 1997, Ambika returned to the USA to open The Institute of Life Energy Medicine, which strives to heal body, mind, and spirit through the power of homeopathy, soul psychology, and creative expression. She taught classes for 15 years. Now those classes are availible on line for many of her remedies. See the list on the following pages for what interests you. All recorded classes are $25 each and a link will be sent to you to listen on Google Drive.
When Ambika wasn’t studying, she traveled to Europe, Africa, and India. She visited southern Africa, India, Greece, Turkey, Israel, Egypt, Morocco, and many European countries. She lived for 20 years in the south of Spain and for ten years in the UK.
She received a Master’s Degree in fine arts , focusing on ceramics. In 1995 she received a diploma in Homeopathic Medicine from The College of Homeopathy, North Yorkshire, UK. She also spent a winter term at the Carl Jung Institute in Zurich, Switzerland, where she focused her studies on The Archetypes of the Collective Unconscious.
Ambika’s most significant travels were two journeys to India to visit Sadguru, HLW Poonja. He opened her heart to her higher purpose and helped her refine her healing gifts. He encouraged her to write and share her work with the world. He helped her anchor her spirit in the infinite nature of the Source and gifted her the name Ambika, which means “Universal Mother” in Sanskrit.
As she developed and matured, Ambika became a freer, more loving, and joyful person. She credits Papaji with bringing out her laughter and sense of fun and awakening a deep joy and trust in the goodness of life. She meditates regularly to refresh her soul, find joy, and maintain inner peace. She lives in Tucson, Arizona.
