This is a five part series of recorded classes in which Ambika discusses the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual aspects that govern the Root Chakra. This chakra influences function at every level. Without a firm , secure foundation that anchors our spirit we falter in crisis, become confused and unsure of our own magnificence. Healing this particular chakra opens doors to our grace, our beauty and our ability to thrive in the world around us, regardless of circumstance. It releases us from being victims of life. That is victory over external forces.
For over 50 years Ambika has been stuying and working with the chakras . She has developed homeopathic color and sound remedies and a unique chakra massage that help the chakras deliver the vital energy required of the physical and emotional bodies. This is how we maintain stasis and harmony and expand our ability to receive goodness, life and light.
The Root Chakra demonstartes its power to influence and control body function, child birth, pelvic and lower body mobility and transform our ability to live a fulfilling, rich life , on our own terms.

It is the lowest chakra on the spine, and has the densist etheric field. Its power requires we love ourselves and accepting who we are, as we are ,without the weight of anything that diminishes or takes away our worth . Its time to let go, forgive the past and reunite with our true nature as loving beings created by a loving God. 
This five part class provides knowledge and wisdom, a work book , exercises, affirmations and prayers to deepen our awareness of who we are at all levels. It teaches ways we can expand our capacity for receiving what we want and need to heal this chakra.
